Security
* Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. You data is fully protected. Our server is using an SSL connection during the booking. Furthermore, we don't store any details of your credit cards. During the reservation process, your cards details will only be passed to the hotel.
* How does SSL connection protect my data?
We are using SSL 128-bit encoding. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol is encoding your personal data in such a way that it cannot be decoded while it travels through the Internet. This protocol guarantees that the information exchange is happening only between the client and the booking server and cannot be intercepted by any other third party.
Our server is based in the USA and complies with all security standards.

* What discounts does the system offer for those booking in advance?
Important: many hotels in our system offer discounts to those customer booking in advance. The closer the arrival date is, the less free rooms are available. Thus, we recommend to reserve your hotels beforehand, as it is might be difficult to find a cheap hotel in the last week before arrival. Especially it holds for the bigger groups of travellers.

Payment
* Are there any hidden costs?
No. Your booking is free of charge. Your final price is what you should pay on your checkout at the hotel.
* When and how will I pay?
You will pay on your checkout at the hotel reception either by cash, travel cheques or credit cards acceptable by the hotel.
Some hotels may preauthorise your credit card before your arrival, i.e., preauthorise payment for the first night of your stay.
In the case of authorisation transaction, the hotel is not charging your card, but reserves the amount just for the case if the client does not show up on the first night. Once the payment is settled in the hotel, this authorisation transaction is cancelled and will not appear on any of your credit card bills.
* Why do I have to provide my credit cards details?
All hotels require a credit card as a guarantee of the reservation.
